Our friends, the Call family, came to visit from Utah. Nicole went to law school here in Springfield and then clerked for a few years in Connecticut before they moved back. There is Gordon (the sports fan), Nicole (the worlds nicest lawyer), Courtney (the white tiger fan), Kaitlyn (the Fanny K Stein reader), and Katherine, (the baby who likes to sleep with a Winnie the Pooh blanket over her head.) They stayed with the Ackermans and we pretty much stalked them there (Sorry Gail!) What a blessing it is to have friends like the Calls. The Calls

There was NO stalking involved! Just good 'ole togetherness between friends. We (the Call family) are so blessed to have the Metzger family in our lives (not the other way around). There would be an un-fillable hole in our lives without them - Noel (the fantastic cook and friend), Joe (the artist), Nicholas (the scholar who loves to exercise), Holden (the cutey) and Matthew (the sensitive one). Thank you for taking time, money and energy to spend our vacation with us. Thank you for making that amazing meal that took two days to prepare, it was awesome! The best part of the visit was seeing those we love and WE LOVE YOU! I can't believe it has only been a week since we came back - we already feel like we need a Massachusetts "fix." We miss you all much...
